Membership
When you become a member of the Old Fire Farts of York County, Pa., you will be helping to preserve the history of the fire service through activities and special events that provide an educational opportunity for the community.
You will also be helping to provide educational grants for those in the emergency service field to advance their knowledge through advanced learning opportunities.
Membership Levels
Social Associates
Followers of our Facebook Page are considered Social Associates. They can participate and share information on the page and can volunteer at our functions. They cannot serve as an officer, committee member, and have no voting rights. They can attend activities and special events but will be subject to admission fees when charged.
Active Members
Active Members are able to serve as an officer, committee member, and have voting rights in the organization. Active members have free admittance to the Family Picnic in July, the Christmas Party in December and other special events sponsored by the organization that normally requires a fee. Active Membership dues are $30.00 annually. Active membership includes a $10,000 acidental death and dismemberment insurance policy.
Life Members
Life Members are able to serve as an officer, committee member, and have voting rights in the organization. Life members have free admittance to the Family Picnic in July, the Christmas Party in December and other special events sponsored by the organization that normally requires a fee. Life Membership dues are a one-time fee of $200.00. If you are currently an Active Member, you must fill out a new membership application and pay the $200.00 membership fee and you will be issued a new Life Membership card. Life members may elect to opt in to the accidental death and dismemberment coverage by paying a small annual fee.
Corporate Members
Our Corporate and Foundation Level Memberships are a great way to support the mission of the Old Fire Farts of York County, Pa. Whether you are an international corporation, a small business owner, a fire company or other organization, there are various levels of membership to meet your business and philanthropic needs. Corporate membership levels are:
- BOARD LEVEL - $1,000.00
- PRESIDENT LEVEL - $500.00
- COMMITTEE LEVEL - $400.00
- CHIEF LEVEL - $300.00
- CAPTAIN LEVEL - $200.00
- LIEUTENANT LEVEL - $100.00
